Important Things to Know:

Please note families can receive a refund for a class (less a $15 processing fee per class) before the class has officially begun. Once winter programming has started, all classes are non-refundable. Any refunds must be requested via email toinfo@flexacademies.comand are processed manually byFLEX.

Pricing for the classes is set by the individual vendorsFLEXcontracts with.

If any families would like their child to participate inFLEXand need financial assistance, please speak to Dr. Perry prior to registering.

3:05pm School Dismissal:

The enrichment coordinator will arrive in the school lobby 10 minutes before school dismissal. The children will meet the coordinator at that spot and the coordinator will take attendance. TheFLEXteachers will then arrive and escort the children to class.

Enrichment Dismissal:

TheFLEXteachers will walk the children to the front door of the school by the flagpole for dismissal at 4:15pm. The enrichment coordinator will be there as well and will stand in front of the exit door. Parents will need to present a government issued ID and sign their child out. If, for any reason, someone else besides a parent or guardian needs to pick up a child, an email must be sent toinfo@flexacademies.comat least 24 hours in advance.

As the partnership between Washington andFLEXis a pilot program, we kindly ask for patience. With six classes offered and 12-20 students in each class able to register, space will be very limited and on a first come, first serve basis. We advise to register early and understand that there will be another opportunity to sign up for classes in the spring.
